Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and refine project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Define and document user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
- Own and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring priorities align with client and project needs.
- Facilitate sprint planning sessions, supporting Agile Scrum processes and ensuring efficient sprint execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve ambiguities and ensure clarity.
- Design and Evaluate UI/UX proposals, leveraging best practices and client feedback to make informed decisions.
- Utilize remote collaboration tools such as Jira, Google Workspace, and Figma to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including the timely delivery of requirements, reduction of rework, and client satisfaction.
- Validate that solutions meet business objectives and client expectations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role in a software development environment.
- Strong foundation in Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), APIs, and databases.
- Proficiency in Jira, Google Workspace, and Figma.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in domains such as E-commerce, B2B, B2C, P2P, or startups is preferred.
Plus Skills
- Experience in E-commerce, B2B, and B2C industries.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or Agile/Project Management credentials (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
- Experience with startups and a willingness to engage with enterprise-level clients.
- Familiarity with remote team collaboration.
